This page lets you erase content stored on our servers (Quick, lists, Mind, Diary) linked to your TapMind account, while keeping your login. Verification is by one-time code sent to your registered email.

Steps to delete your synced data

  1. Open this page (/legal/delete-data) from the Google Play listing or our website.
  2. Enter the email address of your TapMind account.
  3. Click Send verification code. If the email is registered, we send a 6-digit code (valid 15 minutes).
  4. Enter the code and click Confirm data deletion.
  5. Server-side content is removed immediately. Your account (email and password) remains so you can sign in again.

What is deleted, kept, and retention

Deleted on our servers Synced Quick, Quick List, Mind, and Diary documents tied to your owner identifier. Shared links to your server content may stop working.
Kept on our servers Your TapMind account (email, password hash, display name) so you can continue using the app and sync new data.
Kept on your device Local app data until you clear storage or uninstall. This request does not erase your phone copy automatically.
Google Play Billing Unchanged; manage subscriptions in Google Play.
Logs & security Aggregated diagnostics without your content may be retained up to 90 days.
Processing time Immediate after you confirm the email code.

To delete your account as well, use Delete account. If you never created a TapMind account, only local data exists — remove it in the app or device settings.
