Delete your TapMind account
This page lets you request permanent deletion of your optional TapMind account and the content we store on our servers linked to your account. Verification is by one-time code sent to your registered email.
Steps to delete your account
- Open this page (
/legal/delete-account) from the Google Play listing or our website. - Enter the email address you used to register your TapMind account.
- Click Send verification code. If the email is registered, we send a 6-digit code (valid 15 minutes).
- Enter the code and click Confirm account deletion.
- Your account and synced server data are removed immediately. You can also delete the account from the app (Settings → TapMind account) with your password.
What is deleted, kept, and retention

If you only want to remove synced content but keep your login, use Delete synced data instead. Without a TapMind account, use the app or device settings to remove local data.
